- Strong portfolio showcasing product thinking and attention to detail
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Experience working closely with engineers and stakeholders
- Pragmatic approach to design quality and craftsmanship
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design for core product areas—taking ideas from early concept to final implementation
- Collaborate with product managers and engineers to define team roadmaps and ensure we’re solving the right problems
- Partner with engineers to ensure a high-quality implementation that matches the design intent
- Create flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes to communicate design ideas clearly
- Facilitate design sprints, user research sessions, and collaborative workshops
- Help evolve and maintain our design system to ensure a cohesive experience across the platform
