Requirements
- First professional experience in Sales Operations, RevOps, or Salesforce Administration (internships or apprenticeships accepted).
- Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Experience with data cleaning, cross-tool reconciliation, and anomaly detection.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify and resolve data inconsistencies.
- Ability to navigate ambiguity in a changing environment.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to prioritize across multiple workstreams.
Responsibilities
- Audit and clean data in Salesforce including deduplication, enrichment, and field consistency.
- Collaborate with FP&A and finance teams to ensure reporting accuracy and automated invoicing scalability.
- Establish recurring data quality checks between the CRM and third-party tools.
- Standardise data ownership rules and fields across integrated business entities.
- Support the integration of reporting tools, dashboards, and forecasting processes.
- Build reliable dashboards and reports for Sales teams and leadership.
- Act as the primary point of contact for CRM or data-related questions.
