Requirements

  • Proven experience in a senior executive leadership role such as CEO, COO, Managing Director, or Executive Operations Director.
  • Demonstrated success scaling a business and driving substantial revenue growth in a consumer-facing or product-driven environment.
  • Strong operational, strategic, and financial acumen with the ability to lead end-to-end business performance.
  • Experience within wellness, health, FMCG, consumer goods, or adjacent lifestyle industries is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership skills with a track record of building and developing high-performing teams.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities, including experience working with boards and investors.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to balance long-term vision and short-term execution.
  • Degree required; MBA strongly preferred.
  • Passion for wellness, mindfulness, personal development, or purpose-driven consumer brands.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and high-growth environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the overall strategic direction of the business, defining and executing a growth plan to scale revenue significantly while staying aligned with the company’s mission and values.
  • Oversee all day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, scalability, and strong execution across all departments.
  • Build, lead, and develop a high-performing leadership team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
  • Own financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning to ensure profitability and sustainable growth.
  • Drive business development initiatives, identifying new markets, partnerships, and revenue streams to expand global reach.
  • Collaborate with product and commercial teams to guide innovation across wellness, health, coaching, events, and consumer product offerings.
  • Strengthen relationships with key stakeholders including investors, partners, customers, and the board.
  • Define organizational structure and operating model in partnership with the Founder during the transition period.
  • Champion operational excellence by optimizing systems, processes, and cross-functional execution.
  • Serve as the cultural leader of the organization, reinforcing values and ensuring alignment across the business.
