Requirements
- Passion for solving hard technical problems that generate real customer value.
- Experience with distributed systems at high scale.
- Experience building or ability to quickly learn high-throughput streaming systems.
- Experience with streaming tools such as Kafka, Kinesis, Pulsar, or Warpstream.
- Familiarity with high requests-per-second (RPS) and low p99 latency system design.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-ownership startup environment.
- Strong system design and architectural skills.
Responsibilities
- Build high-throughput infrastructure to ingest clickstream, product interaction, and transactional data.
- Develop real-time computation engines for personalized user experiences.
- Scale streaming systems to handle millions of messages per second with single-second end-to-end latency.
- Own and deliver projects from start to finish with high levels of autonomy.
- Collaborate directly with customers to solve complex scaling problems.
- Contribute to and influence the product technical roadmap.
