Requirements
- Experience designing and building distributed systems.
- Experience with high-scale systems and handling high requests-per-second (RPS) with low latency requirements.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, startup environment with high levels of ownership and autonomy.
- Familiarity with streaming platforms such as Kafka, Kinesis, Pulsar, or Warpstream is preferred.
- Strong system design and architectural thinking skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively on technical roadmap development.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain infrastructure to ingest clickstream, product interaction, and transactional data.
- Scale high-throughput streaming systems to process millions of messages per second with single-second latency.
- Develop real-time computation engines for personalized user experiences.
- Own and deliver complex projects from design through to completion.
- Collaborate directly with customers to solve technical scaling challenges.
- Drive influence over the technical roadmap for streaming architecture.
