Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in software development with relevant experience in AI/ML design and development.
- Background in delivering scalable AI solutions.
- Proficient in Python with knowledge of RDBMS, ORM, and frameworks like Django, Flask, or FastAPI.
- Working knowledge of ReactJS or any other JS framework/library.
- Proven experience in designing and deploying chatbots/conversational agents using NLP techniques and frameworks such as Rasa or DialogFlow.
- Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), Large Language Models (LLMs), and GPT models.
- Experience with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure).
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
Responsibilities
- Develop AI/ML-driven solutions to address complex business challenges, ensuring scalability, performance, and robustness.
- Stay at the forefront of AI/ML trends and technologies, continually integrating the latest advancements into solutions.
- Do rapid prototyping( POCs) for validation.
- Work with cross-functional teams including Data Scientists, Data Engineers, Product Managers, and business stakeholders to define solution requirements and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Oversee the entire lifecycle of the solution from ideation and design to implementation and production.
- Ensure the technical quality, scalability, and sustainability of solutions through rigorous testing, code reviews, and best practices.
