Requirements
- Current Colorado License as a Psychologist, LCSW, or LPC.
- For Instructor rank: Doctorate (for Psych) or Master's (for LCSW/LPC) and 3 years of professional clinical experience with adults.
- For Senior Instructor rank: Doctorate (for Psych) or Master's (for LCSW/LPC) and 7 years of professional clinical experience with adults.
- For Assistant Professor rank: Relevant degree, 3 years experience, and current/historical Assistant Professor status.
- Knowledge of HIPAA rules and regulations.
- Understanding of DSM-V and diagnostic assessment skills.
- Proficiency with evidence-based behavioral health modalities.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Access, and Excel.
- Experience with behavioral health evaluations, progress notes, and discharge notes.
Responsibilities
- Deliver integrated behavioral health services in a telehealth modality.
- Develop comprehensive initial assessments, treatment, and discharge plans.
- Provide short-term behavioral health treatment to targeted patient groups.
- Coordinate and revise treatment plans with the interdisciplinary team and primary care provider.
- Refer patients to higher levels of care or community resources as appropriate.
- Provide crisis support to patients with urgent behavioral health needs.
- Perform routine patient progress monitoring.
- Manage patient referrals and coordinate care for those not meeting clinic criteria.
