Requirements
- 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service)
- Reliable and dependable
- Experience with data entry and word processing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer knowledge
- Team oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
- Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English
- Personal PC (laptop or desktop only; no Chromebooks, MacBooks, iPads, netbooks, or tablets)
- Processor: Intel Core i5 5200 series or greater (4 performance cores minimum)
- Memory: 8GB RAM minimum; Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher
- Display: 1280x768 resolution or higher and dual monitors required
- Reliable high-speed internet with a wired Ethernet connection
- USB noise-canceling headset with microphone
Responsibilities
- Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers daily
- Dispatch the proper technicians or resources to the customer
- Remain calm in the face of potentially distressed customers
- Maintain punctuality each day
- Provide customer service with empathy and care
- Ensure client needs are met
