Requirements

  • 1 year of call center experience (dispatch or customer service)
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Experience with data entry and word processing
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced position with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Basic computer knowledge
  • Team oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Fluent in writing, reading, and speaking English
  • Personal PC (laptop or desktop only; no Chromebooks, MacBooks, iPads, netbooks, or tablets)
  • Processor: Intel Core i5 5200 series or greater (4 performance cores minimum)
  • Memory: 8GB RAM minimum; Windows 10 (64-bit) or higher
  • Display: 1280x768 resolution or higher and dual monitors required
  • Reliable high-speed internet with a wired Ethernet connection
  • USB noise-canceling headset with microphone

Responsibilities

  • Take inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers daily
  • Dispatch the proper technicians or resources to the customer
  • Remain calm in the face of potentially distressed customers
  • Maintain punctuality each day
  • Provide customer service with empathy and care
  • Ensure client needs are met
