Requirements
- 3+ years of proven sales experience specifically within the Agribusiness sector.
- Record of prospecting, negotiating, and closing complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with long sales cycles.
- Deep understanding of regenerative agriculture, Nature Positive goals, and Science-Based Targets (SBTi).
- Ability to communicate fluently in the language of ESG and supply chain risk reduction.
- Proficient in CRM systems (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Proficient in advanced data tools (Excel/Sheets) to build complex pricing models.
- Exceptional ability to translate technical environmental impact into high-level commercial narratives.
- Native-level fluency in English.
- Stable primary internet (15 Mbps) and backup internet (10 Mbps).
- Reliable workstation: Intel Core i5 (8th gen+), Intel Core i3 (10th gen+), or AMD Ryzen 5 processor with 8GB RAM.
- Dedicated backup computer/laptop functional during power outages.
- Functional webcam, noise-canceling USB headset, and quiet home office space.
Responsibilities
- Pinpoint and engage key decision-makers across ESG, sustainability, and farm operations in global F&B supply chains.
- Quantify pollination as a driver for biodiversity, crop traceability, and carbon sequestration.
- Deliver high-ROI proposals that diagnose sourcing hurdles and offer phased timelines.
- Map budget cycles and procurement workflows to ensure fast-tracked decision-making.
- Navigate cross-functional stakeholders in supply chain, marketing, and procurement to secure buy-in.
- Translate technical ecological data into compelling commercial narratives for internal champions.
