Requirements
- 5+ years of HR generalist or HRBP experience.
- Experience in consumer goods, food & beverage, or mission-driven environments preferred.
- Proven ability to manage employee relations matters independently.
- Hands-on experience with performance management, including reviews, calibrations, and pay-for-performance.
- Strong manager coaching skills and ability to broker across L&D, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations.
- Familiarity with SOX-related people process controls.
- Proficiency with HRIS and performance management tools (e.g., Rippling, Workday, Insperity).
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Suite, Outlook, and Slack.
- Ability to travel up to 10% (a few times per quarter for company meetings).
- Must reside in the United States.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with managers to coach on leadership effectiveness, team health, and organizational design.
- Provide workforce planning inputs and represent business needs within the People and Culture center of excellence.
- Operationalize culture strategy including DEI, engagement, and recognition within client groups.
- Own support and execution of performance management cycles, including reviews, talent calibrations, and pay-for-performance conversations.
- Handle employee interventions and performance issues independently, escalating complex matters to HR operations and Legal.
- Collaborate with L&D, Talent Acquisition, and HR Operations to support the employee lifecycle and improve team processes.
