Requirements
- Extensive experience in product management, specifically owning platform, infrastructure, or developer-facing products.
- Technical or engineering background (CS degree or equivalent hands-on experience) with the ability to reason about system design.
- Deep AI fluency and intellectual curiosity regarding model architectures, tooling, and AI/ML trends.
- Demonstrated experience building and scaling AI/ML-powered products or platforms in production.
- Hands-on builder mentality, including prototyping and coding experience.
- Track record of working at growth-stage companies (Series B-D, $20M-$200M ARR).
- Strong cross-functional leadership and experience navigating competing stakeholder priorities.
- Experience managing or mentoring other product managers.
- Experience in fintech, lending, document processing, or financial data infrastructure.
- Preferred: Prior experience with document intelligence, OCR, ML model lifecycle management, and fraud detection.
Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for Ocrolus's platform layer: document intelligence/extraction infrastructure, API/developer platform, and model orchestration.
- Define platform abstractions and capabilities that serve both SMB and Mortgage business units without creating one-off solutions.
- Own end-to-end human-in-the-loop learning systems, including task design, feedback loops, and data generation to improve model performance.
- Drive the product strategy for model orchestration, including how we evaluate, deploy, and monitor AI/ML models in production.
- Own the developer-facing surface area, including APIs, documentation, webhooks, and integration patterns.
- Navigate competing priorities across product teams and partner with engineering leadership on technical architecture and capacity allocation.
- Lead a team of platform product managers and define quality frameworks specific to document intelligence.
