Responsibilities
- Oversee the firm’s Referral Department operations.
- Evaluate a large and growing number of cases.
- Recommend which cases should be referred to referral partners.
- Build out a new referral department team through hiring.
- Train and coach the referral department team.
- Develop strategies for growth of the referral business unit.
