Requirements
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Must be physically living in and able to work in Canada.
- Excellent English and French communication skills, both oral and written.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Experience troubleshooting issues and owning the resolution for the customer.
- Comfortable working from home with a suitable space and a hard-wired internet connection.
- Results-oriented with the ability to provide customers with recommendations and solutions.
- Computer savvy and comfortable working with multiple monitors.
- Understanding of the value of coaching and feedback.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via inbound calls regarding billing, payments, existing and new services, and promotional offers.
- Identify customer needs through active listening to answer questions, assist with troubleshooting, or provide product recommendations.
- Adopt a consultative approach to resolve service issues, taking ownership of the resolution.
- Utilize multiple computer systems to research products, services, common issues, and solutions.
- Document customer needs, interactions, and outcomes in the appropriate system.
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions to ensure performance metrics are met.
