Requirements

  • Minimum 18 years of age.
  • Physically living in and able to work in Canada.
  • At least 6 months of previous customer service experience.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Experience troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
  • Ability to work between 7 AM and 12 AM EST with schedule flexibility.
  • Computer literacy and experience working with multiple monitors.
  • Availability of a suitable workspace with a hard-wired internet connection.
  • Understanding of the value of professional coaching and feedback.
  • Ability to pass pre-employment tests and an interview.

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with customers through inbound calls regarding billing, payments, and services.
  • Identify customer needs through active listening to provide product recommendations and troubleshooting.
  • Take a consultative approach to own and resolve customer service problems.
  • Utilize multiple computer systems to research information and solutions.
  • Document customer interactions and outcomes in the appropriate tools.
  • Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions to meet performance indicators.
