Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Physically living in and able to work in Canada.
- At least 6 months of previous customer service experience.
- Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving customer issues.
- Ability to work between 7 AM and 12 AM EST with schedule flexibility.
- Computer literacy and experience working with multiple monitors.
- Availability of a suitable workspace with a hard-wired internet connection.
- Understanding of the value of professional coaching and feedback.
- Ability to pass pre-employment tests and an interview.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers through inbound calls regarding billing, payments, and services.
- Identify customer needs through active listening to provide product recommendations and troubleshooting.
- Take a consultative approach to own and resolve customer service problems.
- Utilize multiple computer systems to research information and solutions.
- Document customer interactions and outcomes in the appropriate tools.
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions to meet performance indicators.
