Requirements
- Minimum 18 years of age.
- Must be physically living in and authorized to work in Canada.
- At least 6 months of customer service experience.
- Availability to work between 7 AM and 12 AM EST.
- Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
- French language proficiency for bilingual service.
- Experience troubleshooting issues and owning customer resolutions.
- Computer savvy with comfort working with multiple monitors.
- Ability to work from home with a suitable space and hard-wired internet connection.
- Ability to pass pre-employment tests and an interview.
Responsibilities
- Communicate with customers via inbound calls regarding billing, payments, services, and promotional offers.
- Identify customer needs through active listening to answer questions and provide product recommendations.
- Adopt a consultative approach to troubleshoot service issues and own the resolution process.
- Navigate multiple computer systems to research products and services.
- Document customer needs, interactions, and results accurately in the appropriate systems.
- Participate in regular 1:1 coaching sessions with a supervisor to meet key performance indicators.
