Requirements
- 3+ years of experience working as a motion designer.
- Solid experience with AI motion-design tools and the ability to create high-quality animations.
- Proven motion graphics and video editing experience.
- Professional proficiency in Adobe After Effects, including plugins and expressions.
- Skills in creating 3D and 2D visual effects, tracking, keying, and color correction.
- Confident use of Blender, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, Cinema 4D, and Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of motion graphics skills.
- Knowledge of graphic design basics, principles of animation, composition, and typography.
- Experience working with shadowing, light, brand guidelines, and brand books.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Responsibilities
- Create and design engaging motion graphics content for various platforms including social media, websites, and digital advertising.
- Create videos and animated banners, text, logo, character, or other kinds of animations for videos, websites, emails, and campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with the creative team to develop and execute concepts.
- Encode videos for any required format and upload to media sources.
- Research and analyze best design techniques and solutions to create motion graphics.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas.
- Manage multiple projects and ensure completion according to stipulated timeframes.
