Requirements
- Associate degree with at least 2 years of experience.
- Equivalent combination of trade school or industry experience in field service engineering.
- Strong communication skills for professional customer interaction.
- Advanced troubleshooting, problem-solving, and repair skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
- Ability to travel daily with 30% overnight travel.
- Ability to lift, move, or carry equipment and tools up to 50lbs.
Responsibilities
- Proactively manage customer accounts while fostering professional relationships.
- Propose process improvements to enhance internal and external workflows.
- Manage a diverse portfolio of technical products.
- Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and repair for biotechnology and life science instruments.
- Travel daily throughout the Southeast region as required.
