Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on automotive repair experience.
- 2+ years of experience as a diagnostic master or lead technician.
- 1+ year of experience dealing directly with customers.
- Strong Mitsubishi dealership experience.
- Proficiency with advanced and OE-level diagnostic scan tools.
- Ability to read and interpret automotive diagnostic data and electrical/electronic schematics.
- Basic computer skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
- Own a Windows-based computer with Windows 10 or later.
- ASE or OEM certifications are preferred.
- Bilingual (Spanish) skills are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Perform remote pre-scans and post-repair diagnostic scans for collision repair facilities.
- Execute code/data reading, programming, and bi-directional testing.
- Conduct component re-learns, configurations, coding, and calibrations.
- Provide diagnostic assistance to ensure ADAS systems are returned to manufacturer-designed conditions.
- Communicate and advise findings to fellow technicians and non-technical clients.
