Requirements
- Extensive experience with vehicle transactions, specifically title transfers and state-specific sale processes.
- Previous customer service training and experience, ideally within an automotive dealership or vehicle auction environment.
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality support via email, chat, and phone.
- Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clarity, precision, and succinctness.
- Working knowledge of Google Workspace and basic spreadsheet tools.
- Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems independently.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Deep passion for enthusiast cars and the automotive industry.
- Proven track record of effective cross-team collaboration.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver fast, professional, and thoughtful support to clients via chat, email, and phone throughout the post-auction process.
- Provide detailed guidance to buyers and sellers regarding financing, title transfers, and DMV regulations.
- Act as a mediator and trusted point of contact to resolve client concerns effectively.
- Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve platform tools and operational processes.
- Assist the Post Auction Sales Concierge and Client Support Team in managing the post-sale lifecycle.
