  • Previous customer service training and experience, ideally within an automotive dealership or vehicle auction environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to provide high-quality support via email, chat, and phone.
  • Strong written communication skills with the ability to communicate with clarity, precision, and succinctness.
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and basic spreadsheet tools.
  • Strong critical thinking skills and ability to solve problems independently.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Deep passion for enthusiast cars and the automotive industry.
  • Proven track record of effective cross-team collaboration.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver fast, professional, and thoughtful support to clients via chat, email, and phone throughout the post-auction process.
  • Provide detailed guidance to buyers and sellers regarding financing, title transfers, and DMV regulations.
  • Act as a mediator and trusted point of contact to resolve client concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to continuously improve platform tools and operational processes.
  • Assist the Post Auction Sales Concierge and Client Support Team in managing the post-sale lifecycle.
