Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering.
- Strong Python development experience.
- Experience building AI applications using AWS Bedrock.
- Experience with AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions.
- Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
- Experience working with identity management systems and authentication protocols.
- Familiarity with enterprise workflow automation.
- Understanding of cloud security best practices.
- Native Portuguese and/or Spanish language proficiency.
- Advanced English level (B2/C1/C2).
Responsibilities
- Design and implement AI agents using AWS Bedrock.
- Develop Bedrock Action Groups to automate IT support actions.
- Configure Bedrock Guardrails to ensure security, compliance, and operational safety.
- Build serverless workflows using AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions.
- Develop integrations with KACE Service Desk, Okta, and Azure Active Directory.
- Automate ticket classification, prioritization, routing, and escalation.
- Automate user access requests, approvals, and identity workflows.
- Design and consume REST APIs for enterprise systems.
- Monitor and optimize AI agent performance and workflow reliability.
