Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in AI Engineering.
  • Strong Python development experience.
  • Experience building AI applications using AWS Bedrock.
  • Experience with AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions.
  • Experience developing and integrating REST APIs.
  • Experience working with identity management systems and authentication protocols.
  • Familiarity with enterprise workflow automation.
  • Understanding of cloud security best practices.
  • Native Portuguese and/or Spanish language proficiency.
  • Advanced English level (B2/C1/C2).

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement AI agents using AWS Bedrock.
  • Develop Bedrock Action Groups to automate IT support actions.
  • Configure Bedrock Guardrails to ensure security, compliance, and operational safety.
  • Build serverless workflows using AWS Lambda and AWS Step Functions.
  • Develop integrations with KACE Service Desk, Okta, and Azure Active Directory.
  • Automate ticket classification, prioritization, routing, and escalation.
  • Automate user access requests, approvals, and identity workflows.
  • Design and consume REST APIs for enterprise systems.
  • Monitor and optimize AI agent performance and workflow reliability.
