Requirements
- Diploma degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
- 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably working with Hach or similar products.
- Willingness to travel as required by the role.
- Willingness to relocate across India based on company priorities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Familiarity with Copilot AI tools is considered an advantage.
- Proven ability to work effectively in a team and across cultures or locations.
- Proactive, action-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capability to develop innovative solutions.
- Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.
Responsibilities
- Ensure the response and turn-around time on assigned calls are met.
- Complete all preventive maintenance tasks as per schedule.
- Plan and execute all installation, commissioning, and demo activities.
- Develop customer relationships to enhance satisfaction levels.
- Generate leads by interacting with customers and collaborating with marketing teams.
- Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual service sales and revenue targets.
- Maintain disciplined record-keeping in Service Max and SFDC CRM platforms.
