Requirements

  • 3-4 years of professional experience, preferably working with Hach or similar products.
  • Willingness to travel as required by the role.
  • Willingness to relocate across India based on company priorities.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Familiarity with Copilot AI tools is considered an advantage.
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team and across cultures or locations.
  • Proactive, action-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated problem-solving skills and capability to develop innovative solutions.
  • Ability to build and maintain professional customer relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Ensure the response and turn-around time on assigned calls are met.
  • Complete all preventive maintenance tasks as per schedule.
  • Plan and execute all installation, commissioning, and demo activities.
  • Develop customer relationships to enhance satisfaction levels.
  • Generate leads by interacting with customers and collaborating with marketing teams.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly, and annual service sales and revenue targets.
  • Maintain disciplined record-keeping in Service Max and SFDC CRM platforms.
