Requirements
- Minimum 4 years of experience in audiobook production.
- Ability to set priorities and solve problems under pressure.
- Extremely detail-oriented and well-organized.
- Strong project management skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Proficient in Airtable (a plus).
- Conversational or fluent in Spanish (a plus).
Responsibilities
- Manage the production of a high volume of titles per year while tracking simultaneous projects.
- Source and engage with production vendors and outside contractors, including narrators, directors, and studios.
- Develop casting lists and expand the talent pool.
- Ensure production remains on schedule and within budget by troubleshooting problems.
- Ensure all audiobook programs maintain a high level of production quality.
- Cultivate relationships with editors, authors, and agents.
- Direct select titles as needed.
