Requirements
- 4-6 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, social media, or PR.
- At least 3 years of experience focusing on B2B campaigns, activating thought leaders for technology or fintech brands.
- Solid grasp of public relations tools, research, executive visibility planning, and media relationships.
- Experience identifying and vetting niche authorities, speakers, and subject-matter experts based on industry credibility.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with experience in high-level client presentations.
- Strong organizational, project management, and time management skills.
- Ability to work across 5+ strategic client projects simultaneously.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent follow-through.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with a willingness to collaborate and problem-solve.
Responsibilities
- Source and negotiate contracts with C-level influencers to grow client engagement among mid-tier executives.
- Lead internal and client-facing meetings, including strategy, problem-solving, and status updates.
- Develop integrated strategies aligning influencer marketing with PR and corporate narratives.
- Pitch and book executive thought leaders for podcasts, conferences, and executive events.
- Independently lead program execution for complex, multi-phase B2B campaigns.
- Develop and manage program timelines and budgets to meet key KPIs.
- Ensure accurate and timely creator payments and contract execution.
- Manage research, recruitment, and presentation of influencer talent for campaigns.
