Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
- 2–5 years of Product Management experience in EdTech, SaaS, HealthTech, marketplaces, or consumer technology.
- Strong user-centric mindset with experience in user research and gathering feedback.
- Builder mentality with the ability to create prototypes and validate ideas quickly.
- Analytical approach with experience using SQL and analytics tools.
- Technical fluency with a solid understanding of software systems, APIs, backend architectures, or microservices.
- Familiarity with coding concepts and AI coding tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
- Demonstrated ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Build prototypes, landing pages, and lightweight applications independently using modern no/low-code and AI-assisted tools.
- Rapidly validate product ideas using tools like Replit, Lovable, Claude Code, or similar platforms.
- Translate product concepts into working demos within hours or days.
- Conduct frequent user interviews, usability testing, and feedback sessions with customers and prospects.
- Synthesize user feedback, product data, and intuition into clear, high-impact product opportunities.
- Define metrics, analyze product usage data, and run experiments to inform product decisions.
- Leverage AI and automation tools to prototype features and streamline workflows.
- Communicate product vision, priorities, and trade-offs across cross-functional stakeholders.
