Requirements
- 4+ years of professional software engineering experience.
- 3+ years building infrastructure or internal tooling for developer teams.
- Fluency in Python or Go.
- Hands-on experience building and deploying agentic or LLM-powered systems in production.
- Practical familiarity with MCP patterns, tool-augmented workflows, or multi-step agent architectures.
- Experience integrating with LLM APIs (e.g., Anthropic Claude, OpenAI).
- Experience with GitHub Actions or similar CI/CD platforms.
- Daily use of AI-assisted development tools (e.g., Cursor, Claude Code, Copilot).
- Ability to define metrics for AI-assisted tooling and run experiments to validate impact.
- Clear communication skills for advising and influencing engineering teams.
Responsibilities
- Design and ship AI-native tooling and agentic workflows to accelerate engineering velocity.
- Architect and operate multi-step agentic systems with human-in-the-loop guardrails.
- Embed AI-assisted capabilities into CI/CD pipelines and GitHub Actions workflows.
- Partner with engineering teams to identify high-friction workflows and implement AI-assisted automation.
- Instrument AI-powered features with end-to-end logging, monitoring, and evaluation.
- Document patterns and best practices for organization-wide adoption.
