Responsibilities

Develop and produce high-quality, engaging Direct Response video ads for e-commerce products using our in-house content, UGC and other creative assets
Utilize creativity and storytelling techniques to capture the target audience's attention and drive conversions
Demonstrate expertise in creating video ads for YouTube and TikTok platforms
Stay updated on platform-specific trends, algorithm changes, and best practices to maximize ad performance
Conduct research to understand the target audience's preferences, behaviors, and pain points
Tailor video ad content to resonate with the specific demographics and interests of the target audience
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing strategists, graphic designers, and copywriters, to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns
