Requirements

  • Experience in data product management, product analytics, or a related field for 7+ years.
  • Proven track record of delivering data-driven solutions that create business value.
  • Experience in the fintech domain and building data products within banking compliance contexts.
  • Hands-on experience with Databricks and Delta Lake.
  • Strong understanding of data governance in regulated environments (BCBS239 and GDPR).
  • Deep experience with BI and visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, DataLens, QlikView).
  • Strong experience with product analytics platforms (Amplitude, Mixpanel, Google Analytics).
  • Understanding of the modern data stack, including cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Google BigQuery, Amazon Redshift) and databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, Oracle).
  • Proven ability to translate business strategy into product requirements and define KPIs.
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with hypothesis formulation, A/B testing, and outcome evaluation.
  • Level of English – from Upper-Intermediate and above.

Responsibilities

  • Defining the vision, strategy, and roadmap for data products, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritizing initiatives to maximize ROI and business impact.
  • Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle – from discovery and specification to launch and iteration.
  • Translating business objectives into clear requirements for engineering and analytics teams.
  • Partnering with senior leaders across the organization to understand priorities, align expectations, and secure buy-in.
  • Facilitating workshops and roadmap reviews to drive shared understanding.
  • Defining success metrics and KPIs for data products.
  • Monitoring adoption, analyzing user behavior (Amplitude, Mixpanel, GA), and driving iterative improvements based on data insights.
  • Collaborating with data engineering to ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance standards, maintaining user trust in delivered insights.
  • Driving product adoption through documentation, training, and self-service enablement, empowering business users to make data-driven decisions.
