Job Details

4+ years of hands-on experience as a Data Engineer in complex or large-scale cloud environments.
Proven technical leadership experience, including guiding engineers, owning components, or driving architecture.
Strong experience with cloud platforms, specifically Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Advanced Python skills with experience writing clean, maintainable, production-ready code.
Strong SQL knowledge with experience in analytical and transactional databases.
Deep understanding of DWH modeling, ETL/ELT, and modern data architectures like Lakehouse or Medallion.
Solid understanding of cloud architecture, networking, security, scalability, and cost optimization.
Experience with large-scale or high-throughput data processing.
Strong communication skills for interacting with business and technical stakeholders.
Proactive mindset and problem-solving attitude.
English language proficiency at B2 level.

Design and own cloud-native data architectures including lakehouse and distributed processing platforms.
Lead technical decision-making by setting standards, defining patterns, and guiding long-term architecture.
Build and optimize scalable, production-ready data pipelines and large-scale processing systems.
Work closely with clients and senior stakeholders to translate business needs into technical direction.
Drive engineering excellence through quality frameworks, observability, testing, and documentation.
Identify architectural gaps and lead modernization and optimization initiatives.
Provide technical leadership to engineers through mentoring, code reviews, and design guidance.
Support integrations with BI, ML, and platform engineering teams.
