Requirements
- 3+ years of hands-on Power BI and Tableau development experience
- At least 3 completed Tableau-to-Power BI migration projects
- 3+ years working with relational databases and SQL
- Business fluent German (mandatory)
- Experience with large-scale datasets and data persistence
- Microsoft Fabric, Power Query, or Semantic Models experience is a plus
- Background in railway, transportation, or logistics is a plus
Responsibilities
- Analyse the existing Tableau reporting landscape and design the migration approach to Power BI
- Execute end-to-end Tableau-to-Power BI migrations, including data models, dataflows, and reporting architecture
- Develop dashboards, reports, and visualisations in Power BI
- Run requirements workshops and present analytical results to business stakeholders and management
- Deliver user training, knowledge transfer, and enablement sessions
- Ensure scalability, maintainability, and operational stability of the reporting solution
