Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in a Data Analyst or Business Analyst role.
- Advanced SQL proficiency, including joins, aggregations, and window functions for large datasets.
- Proven ability to translate raw data into clear business insights and recommendations.
- Strong problem-solving skills to investigate ambiguous problems and identify root causes.
- Interest in logistics, e-commerce, marketplaces, or supply chain operations.
- Ability to work with AI tools to assist in analysis and task automation.
- Proficiency in English for application and communication.
- Experience in fast-paced, start-up or scale-up environments preferred.
- Background in supply chain and logistics preferred.
- Experience with cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake or BigQuery preferred.
- Exposure to dbt or experience structuring reusable datasets/models preferred.
- Experience with visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI preferred.
Responsibilities
- Analyze fulfilment workflows to identify bottlenecks and propose data-backed solutions to improve delivery speed, cost, and reliability.
- Design, build, and maintain automated dashboards for key KPIs including shipping costs, transit times, and SLA adherence.
- Independently write and own complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large fulfillment datasets.
- Proactively identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities to drive operational and strategic decision-making.
- Partner with Operations, Logistics, Product, and Data teams to support strategic initiatives.
- Collaborate with Data Engineers to ensure fulfillment data is clean, well-structured, and scalable.
- Monitor data integrity and investigate root causes of operational issues.
- Use AI tools to accelerate analysis, automate tasks, and draft written outputs.
