Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience with at least 2 years in the marketing/agency space.
- Strong engineering foundation with experience building agentic workflows and shipping MCP integrations.
- Daily hands-on proficiency with coding assistants such as Claude Code, Cursor, and Codex.
- Hands-on fluency with Python and at least one of TypeScript, SQL, or relevant scripting environments.
- Understanding of security and performance best practices in traditional software and agentic environments.
- Demonstrated track record of shipping production AI work that earned user adoption.
- Strong systems thinking capabilities to map business workflows and identify AI leverage points.
- Ability to explain technical architecture to non-technical executives and translate strategic intent into shipped workflows.
- Proven ability to influence without authority and drive positive outcomes.
- Comfort with ambiguity and ability to diagnose problems and propose solutions independently.
Responsibilities
- Architect and build proprietary AI agents and automation workflows to drive competitive advantage.
- Develop and manage an implementation playbook including discovery, pilot, improvement, and measurement phases.
- Lead pilots across disciplines to test technology and inform production workflows.
- Develop and maintain integrations between AI tools and core business systems and advertising platforms.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure solutions are usable and provide high value.
- Build and maintain the organization's AI stack, including tool inventory, vendor strategy, and integration maps.
- Lead internal training, office hours, and troubleshooting clinics to upskill team members on AI-augmented work.
