Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 5+ years of professional web development experience in a complex, global environment.
- Expert-level ES6+ JavaScript mastery.
- Willingness to master and own Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) development.
- Proven experience with API-first CMS platforms (Builder.io preferred).
- Expert-level Google Tag Manager (GTM) management.
- Practical experience writing YAML for GitHub Actions and managing automated deployment environments.
- Ability to communicate complex technical constraints to non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience mentoring junior developers or establishing documentation standards (preferred).
- Google Analytics/GTM Professional Certification (preferred).
Responsibilities
- Lead technical strategy for headless CMS (Builder.io) and GTM instrumentation, defining data layer governance.
- Develop modular ES6+ JavaScript and Salesforce Lightning Web Components (LWC) to unify web and CRM ecosystems.
- Design and maintain GitHub Actions workflows to optimize CI/CD pipelines and ensure deployment automation.
- Act as a technical consultant to Marketing and Engineering leadership for cross-system issues.
- Translate high-level business goals into scalable technical specifications.
