Requirements
- 8+ years in corporate IT or systems engineering.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS for internal IT systems (IAM, networking, logging, monitoring).
- Strong ServiceNow administration experience (workflows, catalog design, incident/change processes).
- Strong scripting experience using Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar tools.
- Experience working with REST APIs, JSON, and event-driven workflows.
- Deep hands-on experience with enterprise identity platforms such as Okta (SSO, lifecycle workflows, policy design).
- Demonstrated ownership of macOS and/or Windows endpoint management (MDM, provisioning, patching).
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and shape architecture without formal authority.
- Strong written documentation skills including runbooks and technical standards.
- Experience operating log management and observability platforms (e.g., Grafana, Kibana, Elasticsearch, Cribl Search).
Responsibilities
- Own and evolve identity platforms and lifecycle workflows with a focus on least privilege and auditability.
- Manage AWS-based IT infrastructure including access patterns, networking, logging, and monitoring.
- Design and maintain automations across the IT stack using ServiceNow, Okta Workflows, scripting, and APIs.
- Provide senior technical ownership of ServiceNow architecture, workflows, integrations, and data quality.
- Establish scalable standards and guardrails for IT-owned systems and act as a senior reviewer for complex changes.
- Support enterprise AI tools and agent frameworks with a focus on safe adoption patterns and access controls.
- Serve as Tier 3 escalation for complex incidents and participate in the on-call rotation.
