Requirements
- Strong engineering background building production software systems (backend or full stack).
- Experience with LLMs, prompt engineering, and building applications powered by GenAI.
- Proven track record of delivering software successfully used in production environments.
- Experience with cloud-native environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
- Experience using observability tools to understand and troubleshoot system behavior.
- Strong initiative and ability to drive projects in ambiguous environments.
- Collaborative mindset with effective communication skills.
- Bonus: Experience with agent frameworks or multi-agent workflows.
- Bonus: Familiarity with infrastructure/DevOps tooling like Kubernetes, Docker, or Terraform.

Responsibilities
- Build and deliver high-performance AI solutions for incident detection, triage, and resolution.
- Implement iterative processes to prototype, test, and validate AI features with real users.
- Ship and evolve LLM- or agent-powered workflows for incident lifecycle management.
- Collaborate with data analysts, product managers, and designers to shape AI-driven product features.
- Integrate agentic components with internal tools, alerting systems, and developer workflows.
- Ensure developed AI solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with user workflows.
