Requirements
- 3+ years running social and community management for a brand or creator.
- Proven experience with a portfolio of content produced and accounts grown.
- Native fluency in current platforms: IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube/Shorts, TikTok.
- Hands-on content creation skills for reels, stories, and short-form video.
- Proficiency in AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and repurposing content.
- Strong English language skills with the ability to write for distinct brand voices targeting 40-70 year olds.
- Experience in community management including engagement, DMs, and segment health.
- Valid passport and ability to travel to the US up to 4x per year for approximately one week per trip.
- Reliable remote work setup.
Responsibilities
- Own earned-media social execution including reels and posts under EVP direction.
- Develop and manage the social launch calendar for both the fund and coaching brands.
- Drive organic distribution and follower growth across community segments.
- Manage community engagement including legacy clients, advisor communications, comments, and DMs.
- Oversee video edits, scripts, and production to ship content 3x per week.
- Coordinate event social capture and management across platforms like Whova, LinkedIn, and Meta.
