Requirements

  • 3+ years running social and community management for a brand or creator.
  • Proven experience with a portfolio of content produced and accounts grown.
  • Native fluency in current platforms: IG, FB, LinkedIn, YouTube/Shorts, TikTok.
  • Hands-on content creation skills for reels, stories, and short-form video.
  • Proficiency in AI tools for ideation, scripting, editing, and repurposing content.
  • Strong English language skills with the ability to write for distinct brand voices targeting 40-70 year olds.
  • Experience in community management including engagement, DMs, and segment health.
  • Valid passport and ability to travel to the US up to 4x per year for approximately one week per trip.
  • Reliable remote work setup.

Responsibilities

  • Own earned-media social execution including reels and posts under EVP direction.
  • Develop and manage the social launch calendar for both the fund and coaching brands.
  • Drive organic distribution and follower growth across community segments.
  • Manage community engagement including legacy clients, advisor communications, comments, and DMs.
  • Oversee video edits, scripts, and production to ship content 3x per week.
  • Coordinate event social capture and management across platforms like Whova, LinkedIn, and Meta.
