Requirements
- 10+ years of pricing, risk, actuarial, or advanced analytics experience.
- 7+ years carrying direct P&L or regional business ownership.
- Proven track record leading a pricing, risk, or analytics function with full accountability for strategy and outcomes.
- Experience managing state- or regional-level budgets and headcount.
- Deep expertise building and interpreting executive dashboards, risk KPIs, and performance reporting.
- Ability to navigate complex, multi-state regulatory environments.
- Comfort using AI and data tools to enhance analytical workflows.
- Strong presence with executive leadership and external stakeholders.
- Ability to triage competing priorities across a complex portfolio.
- Track record of developing direct reports and building team culture.
Responsibilities
- Own end-to-end P&L for the eastern region, driving rate strategy, loss ratio targets, and expense management.
- Lead, develop, and set performance expectations for a team of two state managers.
- Define and refine pricing strategies and risk frameworks, translating complex data into actionable decisions.
- Present pricing and risk insights to executive leadership and regulatory bodies.
- Build and maintain regional dashboards and risk KPIs for real-time visibility.
- Own regulatory modeling and compliance strategy for the eastern region.
- Apply AI and data tools to surface risk patterns and improve pricing accuracy.
