Requirements

University Degree in IT / electronic engineering
Professional experience with alarm systems, video surveillance, security, or telecommunications
Excellent working knowledge of alarm systems and IP CCTV
Experience in installing or designing security systems including fire alarms and access control
Strong communication skills
Availability to travel across the region
Outgoing and enthusiastic personality
Ability to work independently
Experience in training delivery or public speaking (preferred)

Responsibilities

Assist technically business development manager for customer meetings
Conduct technical seminars, exhibitions, presentations, webinars on the product
Present new products and new features for Ajax Systems distributors and installers
Teach technical staff at distributors and dealers to increase product knowledge
Promote and introduce product solutions and provide technical consultation
Perform market research and competitive benchmarking
Develop long-term relationships with key partners
Beta test product features and author technical documentation
Analyze customer needs in collaboration with the sales department
