Requirements
- Deep production-level experience building complex, interactive applications using React and TypeScript.
- Advanced proficiency in modern browser APIs.
- Hands-on experience with data caching, mutation, and synchronization using React Query and GraphQL.
- Ability to build custom UI components and logic without relying on bloated pre-built packages.
- Proven experience building and documenting component systems in Storybook.
- Comprehensive understanding of React internals such as Virtual DOM reconciliation and fiber architecture.
- Strong professional English communication skills.
- Availability to work in a schedule bridging Eastern Europe and EST business hours.
Responsibilities
- Architect, scale, and maintain high-performance React and TypeScript applications from the ground up.
- Proactively identify and resolve rendering bottlenecks, memory leaks, and layout thrashing.
- Build and optimize frontend data flows and caching strategies utilizing React Query and GraphQL.
- Design and maintain a proprietary, reusable component library documented in Storybook.
- Implement fluid micro-interactions and complex web animations in collaboration with product design.
- Set standards for frontend engineering excellence through code reviews and architectural documentation.
