- Proven experience in managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
- Experience with other paid ads platforms including Bing Ads, Facebook Ads, and Programmatic.
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and other tracking tools.
- Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while collaborating within a team.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on high-quality execution.
- Previous experience as an agency professional managing client portfolios.
- Ability to work during 8 AM - 5 PM CST hours.
Responsibilities
- Launch and manage paid media campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
- Support additional platforms such as Bing Ads, TikTok Ads, and Programmatic.
- Continuously optimize campaigns to meet performance targets and maximize ROI.
- Analyze performance trends and proactively implement improvements.
- Identify and resolve tracking, performance, and delivery issues.
- Implement and manage tracking using Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Search Console.
- Integrate Zapier workflows for CRM and lead tracking.
- Set up and manage CallRail tracking to evaluate conversion performance.
- Generate actionable performance reports and provide insights for campaign scaling.
