Requirements

  • 3-5+ years of B2B marketing experience, ideally in a tech startup or small team.
  • Proficiency with marketing analytics tools like Google Analytics or HubSpot.
  • Experience using AI tools to accelerate content creation.
  • Strong writing skills with ability to adjust tone for technical and general audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines using asynchronous tools.
  • Experience in the defense industry or familiarity with defense culture and procurement processes is a plus.
  • Experience with product marketing, case studies, email marketing, and PR is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with leadership to develop and maintain brand strategy and plan participation in conferences.
  • Analyze defense buyer landscape, competitive positioning, and industry trends to inform marketing decisions.
  • Lead website redesign by coordinating with designers and developers.
  • Create pitch decks, one-pagers, and product collateral to support Sales.
  • Write clear, compelling copy for customer-facing materials and marketing channels.
  • Produce and project-manage concept videos.
  • Manage and track social media presence, focusing on LinkedIn and defense industry channels.
  • Plan and manage participation in industry conferences, including logistics and follow-up.
  • Manage relationships with external marketing and advertising agencies.
