Requirements
- Current RN License (Compact RN license preferred).
- 3 years of hospice experience.
- 3 years of QA experience.
- Proficiency in HCHB software preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work assigned shift of 3:00pm-11:30pm.
Responsibilities
- Review and approve required nursing documentation.
- Provide remote support to field users for workflow processes.
- Respond to telephone, fax, and email requests for task completion.
- Complete data entry of referrals, eligibility, scheduling, and order approvals within 30 minutes of request.
- Escalate unresolved issues to the manager.
- Monitor communication systems ongoing throughout assigned hours.
- Prioritize tasks according to patient needs.
- Meet minimum productivity requirements of 100 tasks per day.
- Participate in staff meetings and educational sessions.
