Requirements

  • More than 3 years of experience in market research and consulting B2B clients
  • Strong knowledge of quantitative research methods and statistics
  • Experience designing studies and writing complex questionnaires
  • Proficiency in generating actionable insights and creating reports in PowerPoint or Google Slides
  • Experience presenting insights to client-side stakeholders across different seniority levels
  • Fluent in English
  • Proficient in German (C2 level, spoken and written)
  • Strategic and commercially minded approach to business impact
  • Experience with survey programming and process optimization
  • Ability to work hands-on with digital research platforms

Responsibilities

  • Act as a sparring partner for clients in the creation, adaptation, and analysis of market research projects
  • Design studies including methodology, target group, and sample size selection
  • Create bespoke questionnaires for use cases such as U&A, tracking, concept testing, creative testing, MaxDiff, and Conjoint
  • Set up questionnaires and manage fieldwork on the Appinio platform
  • Interpret research results to provide actionable business recommendations
  • Present insights using strong storytelling and data visualization techniques
  • Collaborate with the Sales team on project scoping for new customers
  • Integrate AI across research steps to enhance capabilities
