Requirements
- 3–5 years in process consulting, operations, business analysis, or digital transformation with direct client exposure.
- Demonstrated ability to map complex operational processes into structured technical documentation.
- Experience facilitating workshops or structured interviews with senior stakeholders.
- Fluent in Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in using AI tools (LLMs, generative AI) integrated into daily workflows.
- Ability to operate in ambiguous, early-stage environments.
- Hands-on experience with process automation tools (RPA, Make, Zapier, n8n, API integrations).
- Understanding of how AI agents integrate into business workflows.
- Experience with enterprise data systems like ERP (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics), CRM (Salesforce, HubSpot), or WMS.
- Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Responsibilities
- Co-facilitate diagnostic workshops (Mini-H) with prospective clients to map processes and build impact baselines.
- Lead AS-IS process mapping for workshops, documenting steps, owners, systems, and failure points.
- Build business cases underpinning VAP proposals by calculating operational and financial opportunity drivers.
- Document client processes with engineering-level precision including data flows and exception handling.
- Design AI agent blueprints for clients, defining integration points and human touchpoints.
- Manage delivery cadence including daily standups, weekly deep-dives, and biweekly steering sessions.
- Travel to client sites up to once per month to facilitate in-person operational workshops.
