Requirements
- 10+ years of professional software engineering and architecture experience.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience architecting and deploying cloud-native applications on AWS.
- Deep technical expertise in AI/LLM-based solutions, distributed systems, and enterprise integration patterns.
- Strong leadership presence and exceptional stakeholder management skills.
- Advanced English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Experience with AWS services including Lambda, ECS/EKS, API Gateway, S3, RDS, EventBridge, and SQS/SNS.
- Proven track record of maintaining an ownership mindset.
Responsibilities
- Define and own the overarching architectural strategy and technical standards for the platform.
- Design and scale cutting-edge solutions leveraging Generative AI, Agentic AI frameworks, RAG patterns, and intelligent workflow automation.
- Architect and govern highly resilient cloud-native applications, secure APIs, microservices, and robust event-driven systems on AWS.
- Partner and collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.
- Drive and execute technology selection, rapid proof-of-concepts, and comprehensive architecture reviews.
- Mentor and anchor engineering teams, fostering a culture of technical excellence and ownership.
