Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in software development and cloud-native systems.
- Expertise in web technologies (HTML, CSS) and frameworks (React, Vue, Angular, .Net).
- Proficiency in server-side scripting (Python, Node.js, PHP, Ruby).
- Deep knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB).
- Experience in API integrations across applications, vendors, and cloud environments.
- Understanding of modern application architectures (event-based, queues, microservices).
- Development experience on a major cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience configuring AWS resources.
- Proven ability to lead a workstream and support others while contributing individually.
- Strong communication skills for breaking down complex technical concepts.
Responsibilities
- Guide Agile ceremonies including stand-ups and retrospectives.
- Translate customer requirements into actionable technical backlogs.
- Delegate engineering tasks to a team of developers.
- Lead requirements gathering, backlog grooming, and architecture discussions.
- Apply DevOps principles including CI/CD, Infrastructure as Code, and automated testing.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues across development, test, and production environments.
- Write production-quality code with unit and integration tests.
- Mentor and coach team members.
- Clearly communicate and document designs, processes, and procedures.
