Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of two years of experience in training, retail, accounting, or customer service.
  • Demonstrated experience in retail operations, cash handling, or loss prevention.
  • Proficiency with presentation and communication tools including PowerPoint and Zoom.
  • Ability to troubleshoot system, process, or device performance issues.
  • Willingness to work flexible schedules, including split shifts, early AM, and evening hours.
  • Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
  • Strong communication skills with the flexibility to adapt to client-preferred styles.

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate virtual training content effectively using mobile devices.
  • Deliver training using platforms such as PowerPoint, internal systems, remote manager, and Zoom.
  • Execute and track the completion of scheduled training events.
  • Troubleshoot issues related to systems, processes, or device performance.
  • Exercise discretion and independent judgment to understand client business models and needs.
  • Communicate effectively with client personnel and leadership in a professional, empathetic manner.
