Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of two years of experience in training, retail, accounting, or customer service.
- Demonstrated experience in retail operations, cash handling, or loss prevention.
- Proficiency with presentation and communication tools including PowerPoint and Zoom.
- Ability to troubleshoot system, process, or device performance issues.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including split shifts, early AM, and evening hours.
- Willingness and ability to travel as needed.
- Strong communication skills with the flexibility to adapt to client-preferred styles.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate virtual training content effectively using mobile devices.
- Deliver training using platforms such as PowerPoint, internal systems, remote manager, and Zoom.
- Execute and track the completion of scheduled training events.
- Troubleshoot issues related to systems, processes, or device performance.
- Exercise discretion and independent judgment to understand client business models and needs.
- Communicate effectively with client personnel and leadership in a professional, empathetic manner.
