- Strong sales skills for converting calls to sales.
Responsibilities
- Connect with existing and potential customers to convert calls into sales.
- Process various incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls.
- Present offers by reading scripted sales presentations verbatim or paraphrasing based on product summaries.
- Overcome caller objections and transition between script elements.
- Obtain, enter, and verify customer information such as names, addresses, and payment details.
- Maintain established quality and completed calls-per-hour goals.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies, procedures, and federal regulations.
- Escalate issues outside of personal control to a supervisor.
