- Exceptional communication skills for effective phone interactions.
- Ability to work from home in a private workspace.
- Access to reliable home internet.
- Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check (4 panel drug screen excluding THC).
Responsibilities
- Represent Fortune 500 brands to assist customers with products such as internet, TV, phone, and home security.
- Apply a one-call sales approach to improve interactions and increase earnings.
- Build important relationships with customers to expand the value of their selections.
- Attend regular progress meetings with a coach to work towards personal performance goals.
- Utilize provided leads from in-house marketing teams to manage inbound calls.
