Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field or B2B/channel sales.
- Fluency in Chinese and English at C1 level or higher.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in cross-cultural environments.
- Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and creatively.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and relevant business tools.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic account plans.
- Acquire new fleet partners through cold calling and lead qualification.
- Negotiate partnership contracts and manage onboarding/training for new fleets.
- Track key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to improve service quality.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
