Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in the procurement field or B2B/channel sales.
  • Fluency in Chinese and English at C1 level or higher.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in cross-cultural environments.
  • Proficiency in data analysis and trend identification.
  • Demonstrated ability to solve problems independently and creatively.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and relevant business tools.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key fleet partners.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all account-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to implement strategic account plans.
  • Acquire new fleet partners through cold calling and lead qualification.
  • Negotiate partnership contracts and manage onboarding/training for new fleets.
  • Track key performance indicators and provide data-driven insights to improve service quality.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
