Requirements
- Minimum High School education or GED.
- Minimum 1 year of customer service or sales experience.
- Ability to pass program-specific assessments.
- Must reside in FL, TX, GA or WI.
- Ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends.
- Familiarity with call center environments.
- Strong sales skills for converting calls to sales.
Responsibilities
- Connect with existing and potential customers to convert calls into sales.
- Process various incoming and outgoing sales-focused phone calls according to policies and quality standards.
- Present offers, overcome caller objections, and transition between script elements.
- Obtain, enter, and verify customer information, answer questions, and resolve issues.
- Maintain established quality and completed calls per hour goals.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of assigned client products, pricing, and upsells.
- Ensure compliance with federal laws and regulations during call processing.
- Escalate issues outside of personal control to supervisors.
